These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Consolidations.ai and related services.

1. Scope of Services

The Company provides AI-powered communication tools, marketing automation, CRM integrations, lead generation systems, consulting and digital services. Specific agreements or contracts take precedence where applicable.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Nature of Services

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. No guarantees are made regarding performance results, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.

4. AI and Automation

Services may involve AI-generated content and automated workflows. Users acknowledge outputs may be automated, human oversight may be required, and decisions based solely on automated output remain user responsibility.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to comply with applicable laws, respect data protection regulations, and avoid misuse of communication tools.

6. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within agreed terms. Late payments may incur statutory interest and administrative fees. We reserve the right to suspend services in case of overdue payments.

7. Portfolio, References and Case Studies

ETRAX BV is entitled to use non-confidential information, anonymized results, general project information, performance data and insights obtained from completed projects for commercial, educational, strategic and portfolio purposes, including but not limited to case studies, website content, presentations, sales materials, social media and internal documentation.

ETRAX BV may refer to work performed under its current or previous trade names. Such references relate to work performed by the same legal entity, ETRAX BV.

ETRAX BV may use factual, non-confidential and commercially reasonable references to completed work, including general project outcomes, performance indicators, lead volumes, opportunity volumes, pipeline values, sectors, client categories and, where appropriate, company names, provided that no confidential information, personal data or commercially sensitive information is disclosed.

ETRAX BV does not publish personal testimonials, personal quotes, identifiable images, individual contact details, confidential screenshots, CRM screenshots or commercially sensitive client information without a valid legal basis or prior consent where required.

Clients may object to the use of identifiable references by contacting ETRAX BV at partners@consolidations.ai. Upon receipt of such an objection, ETRAX BV will review the request and, where appropriate, remove or anonymize the relevant reference within a reasonable period.
